MONDAY

6:30 AM - Express Total Body with Becky

WAKE UP! This class is your choice for a Monday Happy Hour! It's an energizing workout using low impact cardio, weights or resistance tubing to assist with total body weight training without any impact to protect joints. This class is 45 minutes.

8:15 AM - Monday Mix (TRX & Circuits) with Mandy 

This TRX based circuit training class will rotate through stations focusing on strength and cardio.  Built on foundational movement using TRX, medicine balls, gliders, bands, and bodyweight!  This class will target and tone your muscles while getting your heart pumping.

9:30 AM - Pure Power Weight Training with Regan 

This class is your choice for a Monday Happy Hour! It's an energizing workout using just a mat and dumbbells or the step with risers to assist with total body weight training combined with short, low impact, heart elevating blocks and some optional plyometric jumping. Never miss a Monday so make this your start of the week!  ALL LEVELS welcome.

10:40 AM - Kick, Punch & Crunch with Laura

Easy to learn cardio kickboxing intervals combined with weight training strength segments.  A heart-elevating, happiness inducing class that will leave you sweaty, smiling, and feeling strong.

4:20 PM - PowerBarre with Rebecca

Join us for a BodyBarre inspired Class.  Barre is designed to to help define and strengthen your body with micro movement and bodyweight.    Upper body uses light weights, lower body and core at the mat or barre.  This class will help you find muscles you never knew you had! 60 minutes including stretch at the finish.

5:30 PM - Compound, Cardio and Core with Dee   

Integrating the best of bodyweight movement plus Compound or Complex Weighted circuits (upper and lower body weight training) and low impact cardio.  You'll leave feeling like no body part has been missed including abdominals.  A great class for muscle endurance and building lean muscle mass to become stronger and more.

TUESDAY

6:30 AM - Express Resistance with Dee

Triple your fitness! Low impact cardio core strength, dumbbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, sand bells or elastic tubing, combined with bodyweight movements for the entire body! This class is 45 minutes.

 7:20 AM - Full Body HiiT with Kate

This full-body class combines weight training and cardio bursts in a fast but effective 45 minute format.  Core strengthening movements will be incorporated throughout.  We will end the class with a well-deserved cool down and stretch.  You will leave feeling exhilarated and accomplished!

8:15 AM - FitBarre with Regan 

Challenge your body with bodyweight movements including balance, strength, light weights, ankle weights, small pilates ball, Pilates rings and/OR gliders. Restore by stretching and releasing tight, overused muscles.  You'll leave feeling stronger in your arms, legs and abdominals and stretching will lengthen and relieve stress and pain. This class is 60 minutes.

9:30 AM - Metkon RX™ with Mandy

Science driven metabolic conditioning.  This is a full body interval class that works all planes, different energy systems, and multiple muscle groups.  Designed to improve strength, power, athletic performance and core stability.

10:40 AM - TRX - Stretch, Strength & Mobility with Mandy

This 45 minute workout is perfect for all levels.  The TRX Suspension Training system uses gravity and body weight to perform exercises to strengthen your core, improve balance, and increase muscular endurance, while providing a total body workout.

4:20 PM - PiYo™ with Laura

PiYo is a hybrid, athletic workout, which combines the mind/body practices of yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength, training, conditioning, and dynamic movement.  This is a fast-paced yet low-impact workout!

5:30 PM - REB3L™ Groove with Ray   

REB3L Groove fuses hard hitting choreography with HIIT mechanics and powerful music, resulting in a high intensity, boot camp style dance fitness format.

No impact on joints and all core all the time!  TRX suspension training combines body weight using this popular and patented suspended system. Low impact way to "wake up" your body class to mix up your fitness routine.  Utilizing all core, all the time full body 60 minute workout.

9:30 AM - Sculpt Weight Training with Rebecca 

TRAIN with weights for a LEAN BODY! Compound upper and lower body complexes, using dumbbell, sandbags, stability balls, tubing, resistance bands to challenge muscles and improve your overall strength and stamina.  Good solid weight training to created to increase heart rate, build muscle and blast your metabolism.  A good place to start if you are a beginner but definitely a challenge for those who want muscle power and endurance!  Great for beginners and advanced students.

10:40 AM - STRONG Nation™ with Regan OR

STRONG (45 min) + CIRCL (15 min) with Marina (alternating Wednesdays)

Stop counting reps. Start training to the beat! Strong Nation combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to music that has been designed to match every move!  CIRCL focuses on flexibility, breathwork, and mobility exercises.

4:20 PM - Mindful Resistance Training with Becky

Learn to properly connect with your body in order to safely weight train for longevity.  Understand what weight you should safely use for each exercise for a results oriented program.  This class will always incorporate modifications for injuries.  Emphasis on mobility, body alignment, and proper weight training.  Focus on what you CAN do, and not what you can't!

5:30 PM -  Metkon RX™ with Karla OR Buti Yoga with Jacq (alternating Wednesdays)

MetKon RX is science driven metabolic conditioning.  This is a full body interval class that works all planes, different energy systems, and multiple muscle groups.  Designed to improve strength, power, athletic performance and core stability.

Buti Yoga is a music-driven movement practice that combines dynamic yoga poses, primal movement, intentional shaking, cardio-dance bursts, and deep core conditioning.  It's a chance to create, let go, connect, and sweat with intention!

All the greatness of a traditional barre class combined with an elevated addition- a step! Adding a bit more intensity but still keeping barre as a no to low impact class... just more exciting! Light weights, Pilates balls, resistance loops, and tubing are often used in this class.

10:40 AM - PiYo™ Barre with Laura

A mix of upper and lower body exercises based on the BodyBarre method often utilizing light dumbbells and ankle weights.  Followed by a PiYo yoga flow focusing on balance, strength, flexibility and core strengthening exercises.

4:20 PM - Power Barre with Sonia

Join us for the fastest growing functional weight training program.  RIP is choreographed strength training to incredible music designed to keep you motivated AND bring results!

This class combines the most effective way to shed pounds and see results faster!  Weight training combined with short cardio bursts... finish with core strengthening movements and a well deserved cool down stretch.  You leave feeling exhilarated and accomplished! This class is 60 minutes.

8:15 AM - Friday Refresh with Rebecca 

This class is your choice for a Friday Happy Hour! Musicality and fun... you'll forget you're working out! It's an energizing workout using just a mat and dumbbells or the step with risers to assist with total body weight training combined with short, low to no impact (but highly effective) heart elevating blocks without any plyometric jumping. Make this your end of the week choice!  ALL LEVELS WELCOME!

5:30 PM - Aerial Yoga Stretch with Rachel  - Limited to 8 (sign up on PocketSuite)

This class is a restorative yoga style stretch using a fabric hammock for support.  A wonderful way to end your week or help with muscle soreness.  Restoration, healing, deep stretching and meditation.

8:15 AM - Sculpt Weights 

Make your weekend happy with an upbeat class to transform your body!  Medium, heavy and light weights.  Formats can include drop sets, pyramids, timed intervals,  circuit sets. An incredible full body workout!  Low joint impact and perfect for all levels of fitness. Have fun getting STRONG with us!

9:30 AM - REB3L™ Groove with Ray

REB3L Groove fuses hard hitting choreography with HIIT mechanics and powerful music, resulting in a high intensity, boot camp style dance fitness format.

10:50 AM - REB3L™ Strength with Ray

REB3L Strength is choreographed toning routines set to powerful music.  It creates sculpted bodies and builds physical strength using body weight, minimal equipment through low-impact/high repetition training.  Break out of your gym routine!

9:00 AM - Sunday Strength with Rebecca

Wonderful, creative resistance using bodyweight, bands, and dumbbells to give you incredible results!  No impact on joints.  Join in person or from home and start your Sunday off right!
