Now in our 17th year as Evergreen's premier group class studio! Our philosophy is to "look strong, be strong and enjoy the journey!" Improve your whole body and be in a positive environment for your mind and soul too! We are a group of women and men dedicated to our mountain lifestyle and the way we want to look and feel. Our workouts have tremendous variety to avoid injury and boredom. We use minimal equipment for body weight exercise, but expect to see free weights, stability balls, bands, sandbags, medicine balls, step risers and TRX suspension trainers integrated into our classes. Every class has a different and challenging workout created to suit your abilities. We will take you to the next fitness level as long as you are consistent and committed! Have fun, challenge yourself and enjoy the journey!
MEET THE TEAM
AFAA Certified since 2011. Current certifications include Zumba, Strong Nation, and Body BarreTM Master Instructor. She took her first “aerobics” class at the age of 6, and fell instantly in love. Most at home in the gym, Regan has also taught step, boot camp, TurboKick, PiYo, QiDance, barre strength, and cardio dance. She is an energetic, positive, Group X instructor that is always looking for ways to share the joy of working out and creating community.
We call her Dr. Dee. She holds a PhD in Pharmacology. Also Tabata Boot Camp Cert., IFTA Kickboxing, PiYO and Certified TRX Suspension Trainer, R.I.P.P.E.D instructor certifications, Barre Above Certified Trainer. 10+ years teaching experience.

Mandy studied various styles of dance from the age of three, and continued through college at Western Michigan University. Cooking healthy meals, and mountain sports such as hiking, skiing, and backpacking as well as going on many outdoor adventures with her husband and son are among her many passions.
Certified AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, UrbanKick Cardio Kickboxing, NETA Barre Connect Instructor and MetKon Rx Instructor. Mandy loves inspiring people in her classes to move their bodies, get strong and feel their very best!
A former ballerina, originally from Sweden, but took a different approach by getting into martial arts. Krav Maga Practitioner level 1, AFAA-Kickboxing certification. RIPPED Rumble certification, NETA- Group Exercise Instructor, Re-Boot, Latin Dance, Group Fitness Anatomy. TRX Suspension Trainer certification. EMPOWER Training- Martial Fitness Kickboxing Certification. I love most indoor/outdoor sports and activities.
Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and Arts Management, University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. She is an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor. Other current certifications include PiYo, Zumba and Turbo Kick. Laura’s passion for dance and fitness led her to become an instructor. She loves to teach and share her enthusiasm for fitness with her participants.
Claire was born in France, and obtained a BS in Business & Marketing. 60 hour AIREAL Yoga Trainer Certification.
She loves to work with people to get them stronger and healthier inside and out as well as share her positive energy, time and resources with others in the community through Aerial yoga. Claire discovered and fell in love with so deeply that she had to become an instructor and teach!
Karla has been teaching fitness classes for nearly 20 years. She has taught a variety of formats, both choreographed and self-paced, including Step, TurboKick, Body Pump, RIP, Boot Camp and R.I.P.P.E.D. Her day job is teaching English at Evergreen High School, and loves to workout after school to relieve stress and build both physical and mental strength and endurance.
Kate is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor who most enjoys the early 6:30 am classes. She loves accomplishing things early in the day! Kate has been with Inspired since June 2021 and attended 6:30 classes nearly everyday. She has three active children along with a full time job. Kate enjoys snowboarding, trail running and mountain biking.
Marina has been part of the Evergreen community since 1993 and holds a BS in Nursing from CU. She is an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and is currently certified to teach Zumba, STRONG Nation, Zumba Gold, and CIRCL Mobility.
Marina's passions for community and health motivate her to teach and bring out the best in her participants.
Ray is a certified group fitness instructor, ACE certified personal trainer and
REB3L Instructor. She has been in the fitness industry since 2000 and loves her fit fam and creating community together.
REB3L is a new class offered now at Inspired Fitness!
This girl.... will hand you your assets with a smile and a wink, and cares enough not to sugarcoat things. She is one tough lady, but hands down that extra someone you'll want in your corner!
Ray spends most of her down time with her 10 dogs, family and friends.
Rachel is a certified aerial yoga instructor and has been practicing aerial yoga for seven years. She loves to dance, stretch, and move, especially with the Inspired Fitness community.
Rachel is a licensed educator, gets a kick out of teaching and learning with young people, and is happiest in settings that offer sunshine, plants trees, the ocean, and coffee.
Adrienne has been a POUND Pro since March 2017, and recently certified in POUND Unplugged. She can't imagine life without POUND and it's beyond life changing community. Love at first Strike!!
She is also an aerial circus instructor and performer, and works with the Rocksteady Boxing program that is dedicated to working with individuals who have Parkinson's Disease.
She is passionate about lifting people's spirits, and being your biggest cheerleader. Let's Make Some Noise together!
Jacq began teaching yoga in 2018 after falling in love with the practice over and over again for nearly 10 years. She is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher (RYT) and certified Buti Yoga instructor. She loves the sweat, smiles, and energy explosion when yoga meets music and dance, and she teaches to help her students find release and joy through feel-good body movements.
I am a native to Colorado and have resided in Evergreen for over 20 years. I have a daughter who is a freshman at CU boulder and a son who is a sophomore at Evergreen High.
It is an understatement to say that I am passionate about being a lifelong learner regarding the systemic health of the human body, mind and personal development. I believe in injury prevention exercise and find no excuses not to work out. I like to tell my clients to think about what they can do and do it well rather than focusing on what they can't do. My speciality is weight lifting and helping people, mostly women learn to connect with their bodies in order to get the results they want and to add to their longevity.
