Monday

6:30 AM - Early Monday Mix with Rebecca 45 minutes. Start your week with this class to feel energized all day!  Get more done in less time by working both upper and lower body simultaneously.  This class is fun, fast and super effective to see maximum results in a shorter period of time.  Excellent class for beginner as we tend to use lighter weights for muscle endurance.  Never miss a Monday!

7:20 AM - Cardio BodyBarreTM Express with Rebecca
45 minutes. Now a BodyBarre inspired class!  Barre is a low impact class that yields amazing results! We may utilize light weights, Pilates rings, bands, Bender balls and stability balls to add variety.  It's a fast and super effective class designed for maximum results with consistent training over time.  Designed for all levels as you you choose your level of intensity.  NEVER miss a Monday!

8:15 AM - Pure Power with Rebecca
This class is your choice for a Monday Happy Hour! It's an energizing workout using the step with risers or the Step 360 (great for joints) to assist with total body weight training combined with short, low to no impact (but highly effective) heart elevating blocks without any plyometric jumping. Never miss a Monday so make this your start of the week!  ALL LEVELS

9:20 AM - Body Strong with Becky
Resistance training for the entire physique. Hitting all areas of the body so that clients are well rounded in their strength and power ability. We use a variety of fitness equipment to challenge the body and brain. You can expect to get an amazing workout that includes instruction on proper form and modifications. This is an absolute must in your weekly rotation! Start your week with a smile in Body Strong class.

10:30 AM - Power Barre with Karen
A fusion of Pilates, Ballet, core strength, and yoga stretching with toning exercises to help define and strengthen.  Upper body uses light weights, lower body and core at the barre.  This class will help you find muscles you never knew you had!

4:20 PM - R.I.P.P.E.D with Karla 

Incredible results and the best music to energize your workout!  Cardio, Weights, Fun and Done.  Burn 700-1000 calories while enjoying the music and moves of RIPPED! Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Core Bonus.  A crowd pleasing class for everyone!  You'll leave with a big smile because having FUN can produce results! ALL LEVELS

5:30 PM - HiiT Mix with Dee
Start your week and finish out your day with low impact, short burst cardio combined with upper and lower body weight training. This class can take on many formats and may include TRX suspension training, body weight and athletic conditioning to improve agility, coordination and muscular strength.   Appropriate for all levels as modifications always demonstrated.

6:35 PM - Aerial Yoga Stretch and Restore with Rebecca

Gentle Stretch and relieve stress!   Using soft fabric hammocks suspended from the ceiling, discover a restorative deep stretch for the entire body. The class ends with a relaxing experience of winding down the day in a weightless cocoon with your body surrounded by the suspended hammock.

Tuesday

6:30 AM - Trifecta with Rebecca - 45 minutes. Triple your fitness! Low impact cardio core strength, dumbbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, sand bells or elastic tubing, combined with bodyweight movements for the entire body!

7:20 AM - Intensity Intervals with Rebecca
45 minutes  strength and conditioning workout that combines multiple exercises targeting every muscle group. The class can take multiple formats; Kickboxing intervals, low impact cardio intervals and lighter weights. However, the underlying strategy is the same: you’re going to be working your heart and body in short intervals with limited breaks leaving you breathless.

8:15 AM - Mat Pilates for Everyone! with Maria
A mix of Pilates and barre movements to work your entire body.  We will focus on spinal movement and muscles stabilization of joints to support the head, neck shoulders, spine, pelvis and hips.  Consistent attendance in this class will result in rejuvenation of your body from the inside out.

9:20 AM - Low Impact HiiT with Maria NEW FORMAT!
New Format!  You'll love the exhilaration of upbeat energizing music combined with the most fun you can have on a Tuesday!  We will be using light kickboxing gloves along with tubing, dumbbells and gliders to complete low impact cardio intervals.  Full body weight training will elevate the heart rate as well as improve strength and power!

10:30 AM - Power Barre with Rebecca
Challenge your body with bodyweight movements including balance, strength, light weights, Bender ball, Pilates rings OR gliders. Restore by stretching and releasing tight, overused muscles.  You'll leave feeling stronger in your arms, legs and abdominals and stretching will lengthen and relieve stress and pain.

5:30 PM - Total Body Crossfire with Eileen a non-stop, strength and conditioning workout that combines multiple exercises targeting and taxing every muscle group. Complex weight training including using upper body and lower body strenth simultaneously.  The class can take multiple formats, however, the underlying strategy is the same:  you're going to be working your butt in short intervals with limited breaks.  Complete full body workout!

 

WEDNESDAY

6:30 AM - BodyBarreTM Express with Anita
Now a BodyBarre inspired class! Get a total body workout in just 45 minutes. 15 minutes abs/core, 15 minutes legs/glutes and 15 upper body arms.  Barre incorporates micromovement for maximum results!  No impact on joints but feel the burn in your entire body as you engage muscles in an entire different way! Great midweek option to mix up your fitness routine!

9:30 AM - Spartan Total Body with Becky  Now with Spartan circuits! This class focuses on both large and smaller muscle types by working with heavy, moderate and light weights. This class is focused on toning the body without getting bulky! Expect compound movements for maximum calorie burn along with slower, linear weight lifting for a sustained metabolism. Cardio Interval segments are added to shred fat and encourage a healthy vascular system. Modifications are always provided.

12:00 Noon - Midday Power Barre with Karen Challenge your body with bodyweight movements including balance, strength, light weights, Bender ball, Pilates rings OR gliders. Restore by stretching and releasing tight, overused muscles.  You'll leave feeling stronger in your arms, legs and abdominals and stretching will lengthen and relieve stress and pain.

4:20 PM - Cardiobox and Weight Circuits 
This class is made to train for your inner athlete.  Circuits or stations interspersed with cardio kickbox or bodyweight cardio intervals to up the mega-wattage.  Get your heart happy, body sweaty, and your muscles will thank you too!

5:30 PM - Power BodyBarreTM with Rebecca
You'll love it as now a BodyBarre inspired class! A great mid week evening refresher with no joint impact!  Utilizing Pilates barre postures, possibly ankle weights, Bender balls, Pilates rings, light and medium weights and tubing for amazing full body burner that will leave no muscle untouched. Core, upper body, lower body, and extended stretching and foam rolling at the end. ALL LEVELS

7:20 AM - Compound Weights and Cardio with Anita 45 minutes. An efficient way to get the most out of your weight training workout is to utilize upper and lower body lifting simultaneously.  Creative formats and non stop training to increase your heart rate, burn max calories and build stronger, lean muscle mass in the arms, legs and core.  No impact on joints and great for all levels of fitness!

8:15 AM - Cardio Barre Booty with Karen 60 minutes.  Half of the class is non-stop low impact cardio tabata intervals to get your metabolism firing.  The second half (30 minutes) of class you will feel the burn with an amazing but intense barre and booty sculpting movements to leave your muscles feeling completely exhausted but invigorated.  A full body workout great for all levels of fitness.

Try this new class with POWER YOGA and WEIGHTS.  You will build strength and power and while improving flexibility and balance.  You'll be sweating holding postures isometrically and adding dynamic movement to yoga flows.  You'll love engaging your core the entire class! All levels.

7:20 AM - HiiT Mix with Dee
A great way to start your day!  Class begins with cardio intervals then adds upper and lower body weight training to bring down the heart rate. With low impact, short burst cardio, possible TRX Suspension Training, Plyometrics, HiiT (high intensity interval training), or compound muscle group cardio segments.

8:15 AM - Fit Friday with Anita
Get ready for the weekend!  Low impact cardio intervals, weight lifting, compound upper and lower body movements.  It a mixture of fun that will result in a fulfilling sweat.  Foam rolling finisher. ALL LEVELS

9:20 AM - Butts and Guts with Rebecca
End the week feeling wonderful!  A mix of lower body sculpting, cardio and toning with utilization of  powerful movement for the abdominal, quadricep, gluteal regions to burn fat, blast calories and create strength through your powerhouse core!  All low impact but not low intensity.  Not to be missed! ALL LEVELS

75 minutes - Join us for a BodyBarre inspired Class.  Barre is designed to to help define and strengthen your body with micro movement and bodyweight.    Upper body uses light weights, lower body and core at the mat or barre.  This class will help you find muscles you never knew you had! 75 minutes including extended stretch at the finish.

 

4:00 PM - Sublime Sunday Stretch

Soothing transitions to stretch and restore your body with bodyweight movements including balance, strength, and the aerial hammock.
