New Outdoors!  7:00 AM - Outdoor Monday Mix! with Rebecca - 45 minutes, Outdoors, bring your own mat.  WAKE UP AND SMELL THE HAPPINESS! This class is your choice for a Monday Happy Hour! It's an energizing workout using low impact cardio, weights and tubing to assist with total body weight training without any impact to protect joints . 

New Class!  8:15 AM -Summer Shred with Karla -  Also zoomed. See zoom code above. High rep weight training combined with low impact cardio intervals. A perfect mix to shred fat and build muscle mass to get in your best shape for summer fun! Perfect for all levels of fitness. 

9:30 AM - Indoor & Online Pure Power with Regan Indoor and also zoomed online.  SEE ZOOM CODE ABOVE. This class is your choice for a Monday Happy Hour! It's an energizing workout using just a mat and dumbbells or the step with risers to assist with total body weight training combined with short, low to no impact (but highly effective) heart elevating blocks without any plyometric jumping. 10:40 AM - Indoor and Online Live - FitBarre with Rebecca- Indoor limited to 10 and also zoomed online.  SEE ZOOM CODE ABOVE.  A fusion of Pilates, Ballet, core strength, and yoga stretching with toning exercises to help define and strengthen.  Upper body uses light weights, lower body and core at the barre.  This class will help you find muscles you never knew you had!

4:20 PM - Indoor and Online Cardio PowerBarre with Anita today Indoors   Also Zoom online live.  SEE ZOOM CODE ABOVE FOR ACCESS. Join us for a BodyBarre inspired Class.  Barre is designed to to help define and strengthen your body with micro movement and bodyweight.    Upper body uses light weights, lower body and core at the mat or barre.  This class will help you find muscles you never knew you had! 60 minutes including stretch at the finish.

5:30 PM - Indoor/OnlineTRX Suspension Training with Eileen- No impact on joints, all core all the time. TRX suspension training combines body weight using this popular and patented suspended system. Low impact way to "wake up" your body class to mix up your fitness routine.  Utilizing all core, all the time full body 60 minute workout.

Tuesday

6:30 AM - Indoor/Online Trifecta with Dee - 45 minutes.  also zoomed. See zoom code above. Triple your fitness! Low impact cardio core strength, dumbbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, sand bells or elastic tubing, combined with bodyweight movements for the entire body!

7:00 AM - Outdoor Circuits with Anita - 45 minutes.  Always a challenge and soon to be outdoors! Low impact cardio core strength, dumbbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, sand bells or elastic tubing, combined with bodyweight movements for the entire body!

8:15 AM - Indoor/Online FitBarre with Regan-  Indoor also zoomed online.  SEE ZOOM CODE ABOVE.  Challenge your body with bodyweight movements including balance, strength, light weights, ankle weights, small pilates ball, Pilates rings and/OR gliders. Restore by stretching and releasing tight, overused muscles.  You'll leave feeling stronger in your arms, legs and abdominals and stretching will lengthen and relieve stress and pain. 60 minutes.

9:30 AM - Indoor/Online Kickbox/Strength with Rebecca - Indoor also zoomed online.  SEE ZOOM CODE ABOVE.  Easy to learn cardio kick box intervals (use 1-2 lb. weights for added intensity) plus effective weight training segments to tone and strengthen.  Heart elevating, happiness inducing class that will leave you feeling accomplished!

New Time!! 4:15 PM - Aerial Yoga with Rebecca (Aerial Yoga students who have completed the introductory class) - (Limited to 7, sign up on PocketSuite)  You can rent hammocks from the studio or use from studio.  This class requires prior experience practicing Aerial Yoga.  Restoration, healing, deep stretching and meditation.  Prefer students who can commit to a consistent practice. If you have not taken introductory practice, and would like to try it, please contact Rebecca at 720-320-4770.  

5:30 PM - Indoor/Online HiiT Kick Mix with Rebecca also zoomed. See zoom code above. Finish out your day with low impact, short burst cardio  timed intervals combined with upper and lower body weight training. This class can take on many formats and may include body weight and athletic conditioning to improve agility, coordination and muscular strength.   Appropriate for all levels as modifications always demonstrated.

Low impact way to "wake up" your body class to mix up your fitness routine.  Utilizing all core, all the time full body 60 minute workout.

Compound upper and lower body complexes, using dumbbell, sandbags, stability balls, tubing, resistance bands to challenge muscles and improve your overall strength and stamina.  Good solid weight training to created to increase heart rate, build muscle and blast your metabolism.  A good place to start if you are a beginner but definitely a challenge for those who want muscle power and endurance!  Great for beginners and advanced students.

NEW!  Red Rocks! 8:15 AM - Outdoor Red Rocks Workout! Meet us at Red Rocks Amphitheatre for a 1 hour workout in one of the most beautiful settings in the entire U.S.!  To find out where to meet, Text Rebecca t 720-320-4770 for location.  We run or walk the smaller side stairs then finish with bodyweight upper body, lower body and abdominals.  A total body, cardio and bodyweight burner!
