Monday

7:00 AM - Outdoor Early Monday Mix with Anita 45 minutes. Limited to 10. Meet in parking lot and bring your own mat and water. This class is your choice for a Monday Happy Hour! It's an energizing workout using the step with risers or the Step 360 (great for joints) to assist with total body weight training combined with short, low to no impact (but highly effective) heart elevating blocks without any plyometric jumping.

10:40 AM - Indoor and Online Live - Power Barre with Karen - Indoor limited to 10 and also zoomed online.  SEE ZOOM CODE ABOVE.  A fusion of Pilates, Ballet, core strength, and yoga stretching with toning exercises to help define and strengthen.  Upper body uses light weights, lower body and core at the barre.  This class will help you find muscles you never knew you had!

5:30 PM - Outdoor HiiT Mix with Rebecca
Meet in parking lot and bring your own mat and water.  Limited to 10.  Start your week and finish out your day with low impact, short burst cardio combined with upper and lower body weight training. This class can take on many formats and may include TRX suspension training, body weight and athletic conditioning to improve agility, coordination and muscular strength.   Appropriate for all levels as modifications always demonstrated.

Tuesday

6:15 AM - Outdoor Intervals  with Rebecca - Meet in parking lot. Bring your own mat and water. 45 minutes.  Triple your fitness! Low impact cardio core strength, dumbbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, sand bells or elastic tubing, combined with bodyweight movements for the entire body!

7:05 AM - Outdoor Trifecta with Dee - Meet in parking lot. Bring your own mat and water.
45 minutes  strength and conditioning workout that combines multiple exercises targeting every muscle group. The class can take multiple formats;  low impact cardio intervals and lighter weights. However, the underlying strategy is the same: you’re going to be working your heart and body in short intervals with limited breaks leaving you breathless.

NEW FORMAT! 8:15 AM - Indoor/Online FitBarre Rebecca -  Indoor limited to 10 and also zoomed online.  SEE ZOOM CODE ABOVE.  Challenge your body with bodyweight movements including balance, strength, light weights, ankle weights, small pilates ball, Pilates rings and/OR gliders. Restore by stretching and releasing tight, overused muscles.  You'll leave feeling stronger in your arms, legs and abdominals and stretching will lengthen and relieve stress and pain. 60 minutes.

No impact on joints, all core all the time. TRX suspension training combines body weight using this popular and patented suspended system. Low impact way to "wake up" your body class to mix up your fitness routine.  Utilizing all core, all the time full body 60 minute workout.

WEDNESDAY

With low impact, short burst cardio, Plyometrics, HiiT (high intensity interval training), or compound muscle group cardio segments

Compound upper and lower body complexes, using dumbbell, sandbags, stability balls, tubing, resistance bands to challenge muscles and improve your overall strength and stamina.  Good solid weight training to created to increase heart rate, build muscle and blast your metabolism.  A good place to start if you are a beginner but definitely a challenge for those who want muscle power and endurance!  Great for beginners and advanced students.

A great mid week evening refresher with no joint impact!  Utilizing Pilates barre postures, possibly ankle weights, Bender balls, Pilates rings, light and medium weights and tubing for amazing full body burner that will leave no muscle untouched. Core, upper body, lower body, and extended stretching and foam rolling at the end. ALL LEVELS

5:30 PM - Outdoor Circuits ++ with Maria today

Please bring your own mat and water.  Integrating the best of Bodyweight plus Compound or Complex Weighted circuits (upper and lower body weight training) singular muscle movements.  You'll leave feeling like no body part has been missed including abdominals.  A great class for muscle endurance and building lean muscle mass to become stronger and more fit.
